"The Trustees named and appointed in and by a certain indenture of assingment, bearing date the 31st day of December, 1811, whereby the estate and effects of EVAN JONES, then of Drury-lane, in the county of Middlesex, draper, were conveyed for the equal benefit of all his Creditors, have appointed the 15th day of February next, to pay a first and final dividend, of the estate and effects of the said Evan Jones, to such of his creditors as have already come in and executed, or who shall before the 10th day of February next, come in and execute the said indenture of assignment; and notice is hereby given, to all persons who are or may be creditors of the said Evan Jones, that unless they shall come in and execute the said assignment, which lies at my Office, on or before the 10th day of February the said estate and effects of the said Evan Jones will be divided, and they will lose the benefit of the said assignment.
