Collection Scope:
The library's genealogical materials deal primarily with
Wyandotte County, Kansas, and Kansas City, Kansas.
Special Collections:
The William E. Connelley Collection contains some
genealogical information relating to the Wyandot Indians.

Reference Services:
The library staff will do limited research in response to
phone, fax or e-mail requests. For example, they will check an indexed book
for a specific name. Extended research costs $16.50 per hour.

Copies:
Self-service photocopies are 10 cents per copy from books and microfilm.
Circulation:
Some local history and genealogy sources in the general
collection circulate, but books in the Kansas Collection cannot be checked

Some local history and genealogy sources in the general
collection may be available for interlibrary loan.
