This report outlines my information on the family of William PENNINGTON and Elizabeth COLLINGS who were married 19 Sept. 1743 at Culmstock, Devon, England. Was their son James PENNINGTON (baptized 5 Jan. 1755) the Loyalist named James PENNINGTON who died in New Brunswick in 1808?
