"I am seeking genealogical data on the Rufus Hall and his wife Anna, who lived in the Saratoga District of Albany County, NY in 1779.

Rufus Hall's farm was assessed at $40.00 (probably Continental dollars) in 1779. Put into context with his contemporaries on the October 23rd, 1779 Saratoga District Tax List, Rufus Hall was a well-established and prosperous farmer.

Rufus and Anna Hall were members of the Religious Society of Friends and attended the Saratoga/Easton Monthly Meeting."
